St. Paul's Lutheran church is located in Marshfield Missouri, about 20 miles north east of Springfield Missouri, along I-44. Our church sits across from the Elementary schools. We are a growing congregation that has been said to be very friendly and caring. Our average worship service weekly attendance is 180.
We worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ together on Sunday mornings at 8:00 and 10:30 a.m. We are affiliated with the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, meaning that we are part of a group of 6,000 Lutheran congregations located around the nation and world whose International Headquarters are located in St. Louis, Missouri: Who Are Lutherans
We have an excellent music program to enhance our worship service. From our adult Sanctuary Choir, and St. Paul Praise contemporary song leaders, to our children, adult, and junior Hand Bell choirs, and our Sunday school and Learning Center (Pre-school) singers: The Learning Center
Our worship style, which includes a lot of music and singing, is often "liturgical," following the worship form handed down from the early Christian church. It is often, however, expressed in contemporary styles as well.
We offer Christian Education through our Sunday School program on Sunday mornings at 9:15 a.m. for ages 2 through adult. We have a Wednesday after school Midweek Program for kids during the school year and 2 youth hand bell choirs. We also offer confirmation classes for 7th and 8th graders and adults, where they learn about the Christian faith and beliefs. We also have numerous opportunities for Christian fellowship and growth through our various ministries: Activities & Ministries
