Saturday, November 12, 2011. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. The Harvest Cafe will have coffee and lots of delicious homemade goodies from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This years' beautiful handmade Queen size 9-patch Squared Quilt will be raffled at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5, available from St. Paul's or any Heart and Hands member.
There will be a Special Voter's Meeting on Sunday, November 6, 2011, at 9:45 a.m. to nominate officers for the Missouri District. Please plan to attend and make your nomination.
Do you have a key for the Lift-Chair to the Choir loft? If so, please let the office know, we are trying to locate the keys, they are needed. Thank you again!
There will be a Junior Youth Meeting after the 10:30 a.m. worship service on November 13, 2011. Please bring $3 for pizza. We hope to see you there!
Every third Saturday, the Youth of St. Paul's volunteer at the Webster County Food Pantry from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The Junior Youth and Senior Youth rotate volunteering monthly. It is a great way to Serve others in our community. Please encourage and support our youth to be involved, we have a great time!
There are sign-up sheets near the Welcome Center for those willing to assist with the Craft Fair and Bake Sale. We need donations of muffins/pastries, hotdogs and buns, chips, orange or apple juice. We'll need help in the kitchen as well! Thank you.
The CWF group meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. at the home of Bonnie Bertoldie at 1371 Plank School Road, Marshfield. For more information call 417-473-6001, cell 417-830-4570.
There will be a Church Pot-Luck on November 13, 2011, following the 10:30 a.m. worship service. A congregational workshop will follow the pot-luck. This is the first step in Care Process we've agreed to participate in. All members are invited and encouraged to attend the workshop. Additional information will be forthcoming over the next few weeks.
The Youth Group are helping to pick up the Sanctuary immediately following services each week. When several help, it only takes a few minutes. Please make an opportunity to recognize their efforts and say thanks for their service to our church family.
First-time visitors are now being given a small gift sack when they arrive. When you see someone with one of these sacks, please welcome them and encourage them to visit us again. If you bring a first-time visitor, please make sure they sign the Guest Register and receive their gift.
